As we all know, Jamie Lee Curtis made her acting debut in John Carpenter’s Halloween in 1978 as Laurie Strode, sparking other horror roles in films such as Prom Night and Terror Train. She reprised her role in Halloween 2 in 1981. Years later, she reentered the Halloween franchise in Halloween: H20 and Halloween: Resurrection. She’ll be back for the franchise’s 11th installment premiering in October 2018, a Blumhouse production written by Danny McBride and David Gordon Green.
John Carpenter announced last year that he would be involved in the film as an executive producer to make “the 10th sequel the scariest of them all.”
Curtis got back into horror with her recent television role in Scream Queens. But rejoining with John Carpenter? THAT is a reunion made in horror heaven.
